Basic Photography ($130): 15-20 photos. Geared for smaller properties up to 1500 sqft that are either vacant, or tenant-occupied.
Standard Photography ($160): 25-30 photos. Geared for medium-sized properties from 1500-3000 sqft, staged, with considerate exterior space.
Premium ($200): 40-50 photos. Geared for large and high end properties 3000 sqft and up that have highlighted details, and has ample exterior space.
Full Length Video Tour ($200): A horizontally oriented, 45-90 second, 4K resolution video showcasing the property set to music. Deliverables include a Youtube Link, and 2 master files sized for Youtube and Instagram. SAMPLE 1, SAMPLE 2, SAMPLE 3
Instagram Reel Short Video Tour ($200): A vertically oriented, 15-30 second video showing an abbreviated tour of the house. Deliverable includes 1 file sized for IG reels.
Night Shoot ($150): 15-20 photos shot from dusk through blue-hour (the hour following dusk).
Floorplans ($30): Accurate birds-eye views of each floor, as well as a plan consisting of all floors. Floorplans are an add-on only. I do not offer floorplan only appointments.
Drone Media ($225): 10-25 photos and/or video media to stand on its own or be added with the Full Length Video Tour or Instagram Reel Short Video Tour. SAMPLE

When and Where Can I Find My Photos?

Turnaround time will be 1-3 business days. For larger listings, additional time may be needed. The files will be sent in a Google Drive (or Dropbox if preferred) folder with the email you order with.
