FAQs

  • Photography, Videography, Drone Photo/Video, and Floorplans.

  • 1-3 days depending on the size of the job, and the busyness of the season. When scheduling, I will always ask agent what their window is. It helps me better budget my time when accommodating multiple clients. If a shoot takes place on a Friday, deliverables should be expected on the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • 2 ways!

First: You can email Sean at sean@seanmaddenphoto.com with these property details (type of shoot, full address, and 3 possible shoot dates). Sean will respond to schedule and if a date is set, then you can go ahead and order from via the store.

Second: You can place an order through this website where you’ll be given a prompt to provide the property’s details and Sean will get in touch with you on the same day to schedule. If a date cannot be reached for any reason, your order will be refunded.

  • As rule of thumb: if you can see it in the room, it will show up in the photos. Please make sure the property is cleaned, prepped, and staged before I arrive. I prefer TV and computer screens off, kitchen counters minimized of clutter, and driveways clear. If a property is not ready to be photographed when I arrive, the client will be subjected to a cancellation/postponement fee.

  • If a shoot is cancelled or postponed on the day of or the day before, the client will be subjected to a $50 fee.

  • I am! I’ve obtained the Remote Pilot Certificate under the FAA's Small UAS Rule (Part 107). However, aerial imaging is prohibited in the 5 Boroughs of New York

  • If a shoot has a lockbox, and is vacant or completely staged, then no. It’s always easier when there is less amount of people in the property. If the property has owners, tenants, or any others present, then I prefer the agent to be present to facilitate the shoot.
